Refund and Returns Policy

At Aination, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier)

  • To cancel, contact us via email or phone

After Shipment

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • You may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible)


2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Return Window

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

Return Conditions

  • Product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Proof (photos/videos) is required for verification


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by customer)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Perishable, personal care, or hygiene-related products (if applicable)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@aination.co.in

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting images/videos

  3. Our team will verify and provide return instructions


5. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Product inspection and approval

  • Confirmation that the issue is valid

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders โ†’ Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders โ†’ Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days after approval

  • It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider


6. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement depends on product availability


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear return shipping costs

  • Otherwise, the customer may need to bear return shipping charges


8. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If still unresolved, contact us
